Plaintiff American Building Maintenance Company of New York (“ABM” or “Plaintiff’), a California corporation, commenced this action asserting a variety of contract and business tort claims against its former employees, Defendants James and Khalan Hennesey (collectively, the “Henneseys”), and their company J.B.H. Inc., d/b/a Carpet Master Cleaning and Restore Master (“JBH”). Amended Compl. (Dkt. No. 5).
