This appeal involves a declaratory judgment proceeding brought in the court below for the construction of a lease existing between the plaintiff, a partnership composed of Demetrios Nicholakos and George Nickolakos, trading as D & G Associates (D & G), and the defendant, Dart Drug Corporation, Virginia (Dart). D & G owns a shopping center in Fairfax County in which Dart and Safeway Stores are the major tenants.
