On April 7, 2006, this Court entered an Order to Show Cause why this Court should not enter a Vexatious Litigant Order against Plaintiff Holli Lundahl (“Lundahl” or “Plaintiff’). This Court has inherent power to “ ‘regulate the activities of abusive litigants by imposing carefully tailored restrictions under the appropriate circumstances.’ ” De Long v.
