Habeas Corpus. By information filed September 9, 1922, in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, petitioner was formally charged with burglary and larceny, alleged to have been committed by him on July 29, 1922. On November 8, 1922, petitioner was indicted for assault with intent to kill with a deadly weapon. This offense was charged to have been committed on October 15,1922. In December, 1922', petitioner was tried and found guilty by the jury. On December 18, 1922, at the same term, he pleaded guilty to the burglary and larceny charge.
