MERRITT, Circuit Judge.
In this case, ITT Lighting Fixtures challenges, and the NLRB applies for enforcement of, a determination by the Board that the company violated the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 151, et seq., on three occasions involving three separate employees. The most important question arises from the Board’s determination that ITT violated Section 8(a)(1) of the Act as interpreted in NLRB v.
