This case requires us to decide whether the National Labor Relations Board (“the Board”) was justified in deciding that two musicians were dismissed from employment with their band for engaging in protected concerted activities under Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 157. The Board’s finding overruled a decision to the contrary earlier issued by an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”).
