Haynes, chancellor of the first chancery division of Tennessee, by Dana Harmon, contestant, a candidate for the-office of judge of the first judicial circuit at the general, election held August 7, 1902, against Alonzo J. Tyler, contestee, his opponent, who received the certificate of' election, to contest his election to that office.
