Plaintiffs-Appellants, Baxter, et al., had been employees of the defendant-ap-pellee, Railway Express Agency, now known as REA Express (REA-Exp.), at Cleveland, Ohio. They were members of Local Lodge 2100 of defendant-appellee Brotherhood of Railway, Airline and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employees (BRAC or the Brotherhood).
