Kreais v. Chemi-Trol Chemical Co.

Appellant, Gertrude Kreais, administratrix of the estate of Larry C. Kreais, brought an action in the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas alleging that three different defendants had some liability for the tractor rollover which caused the death of Larry Kreais. All three defendants, Chemi-Trol Chemical Co. (“Chemi-Trol”), Ford Tractor & Implement Operations, Ford Motor Co. (“Ford”), and Streacker Tractor Sales, Inc.
