On December 1,1978, E. C. Ernst, Inc., E. C. Ernst Midwest, Inc., and E. C. Ernst International Corp. (collectively the “debtors”), filed petitions in proceedings for an arrangement pursuant to Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act. By an order of this court dated December 1, 1978, the debtors were authorized to continue in possession of their property, to operate their respective businesses, and to manage their properties until further order of the court.
