HOGAN, Judge.

This is an action in conversion brought by plaintiff John Deere Company against defendants Jeff DeWitt Auction Company, Inc., and Roger Gamble, to enforce its purchase-money security interest in a John Deere model 4840 tractor. 1 After the discovery process was complete, both plaintiff and defendants moved for summary judgment. The trial court granted the defendants’ motion. Plaintiff appeals.
