This is an appeal by Emeline Roffe, caveatrix, the daughter and one of the heirs-at-law of Barbara Peppler, deceased, from a decree of the Hudson County Orphans Court dated December 8th, 1941, admitting to probate the alleged will of Barbara Peppler dated February 23d 1934. It is the second appeal from proceedings in the Hudson County Orphans Court affecting the said estate. An opinion dated April 6th, 1939, was filed in the last appeal to this court and from the decree thereon dated June 7th, 1939, an appeal was taken to the Court of Errors and Appeals.
