This was a suit commenced b3r the plaintiff in error, plaintiff below, in the superior court of Logan county, piling for a temporary injunction against the defendants in error, defendants below, enjoining them from carrying out the terms of a certain paving contract entered into between them and the city of Alva, a city of the first class.
