THE COURT.
This action to quiet title and to set aside a trustees’ sale and deed covering certain real property was instituted in March, 1924, approximately five years subsequent to such sale. The trial court found all material issues in favor of the defendants and judgment was accordingly entered. Upon appeal the judgment was affirmed by the district court of appeal, first appellate district, division two.
