OPINION

LYDON, Judge:

In this case, involving the alleged exposure by defendant of proprietary information submitted by plaintiff in an unsolicited proposal, the court is presented with plaintiff’s motion and defendant’s cross-motion for summary judgment. Both parties contend that no genuine issue of material fact exists and that they are entitled to judgment as a matter of law. The facts in this case, over which there is little dispute, indicate that plaintiff did submit to defendant an unsolicited proposal encompassing a technical “revolutionary” concept.
