This matter comes before this court pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (“Act”), as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner”), denying plaintiffs claim for Disability Insurance benefits under Title II and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits under Title XVI of the Act.
