MEMORANDUM OPINION
I. Introduction
In the case of Albert Diaz we most assuredly do not write upon a blank slate. Quite the contrary, Albert Diaz suffered what was undeniably a disabling injury 11 years ago in May of 2008. Despite this decade-old disabling injury, this is Diaz's third appeal of an adverse Social Security disability ruling over the past ten years.
