In this action, plaintiff, Randall J. Sword (“Sword”), seeks to recover from defendant, Biofertec, Ltd. (“Biofertec”), wages and salary earned. Sword claims that his earned compensation was not paid in violation of G.L.c. 149, §§148, 150, and in breach of a written employment contract between the parties.
