The principal issue here concerns the correctness of an order by a Superior Court judge granting the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment as to the defendant Edward J. Varrichione.
The plaintiff sued on a promissory note made by the defendant E. J. V. Drywall Co., Inc. (Drywall), to the order of the plaintiff, the Community National Bank (bank). The note was signed on the back by the defendants Edward J. Varrichione and Bernard K. Dawes.
