MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WALKER, District Judge:

The present action is before the court on defendant Consolidated Rail Corporation’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56, on its motion for sanctions pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 11 and 28 U.S.C. § 1927, and on its motion for an injunction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1651. For the reasons stated below, the Court dismisses plaintiffs’ complaint on the grounds of res judicata and collateral estoppel and grants defendant’s motion for sanctions. The Court denies defendant’s motion for an injunction.
