We are beset with the next skirmish in the litigants’ battle over commissions earned from the debtor’s now defunct real estate brokerage operation. 1 This dispute centers on the effect to be given an order rejecting the contract which governed the relations of the parties. L.J. Hooker International Florida, Inc. (Hooker Florida or the Debtor), a part of the real estate arm of L.J.
