Plaintiff University of Cincinnati appeals the district court’s grant of defendant Arkwright Mutual Insurance Company’s motion for summary judgment in this diversity action in which plaintiff seeks a declaration that the insurance policy it obtained from defendant covered the damages sustained by its property during the removal of asbestos pri- or to the demolition of the property.
