Plaintiff William G. Brooks appeals from the district court’s denial of his motion to amend his complaint to include allegations that 1) American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (ABC) and other defendants violated 18 U.S.C. § 2511, which prohibits electronic interception of certain conversations, and 2) ABC and other defendants violated 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1985, which prohibit certain forms of racial discrimination.
