Guardianship of Cornaz

The questions presented in these several appeals, being common to all the cases herein, were consolidated for the purposes of trial and appeal and are submitted upon one record.

The members of the Gornaz household involved in this appeal consisted of three brothers and two sisters, to wit, George, Frank, Lewis, Nonie and Mrs. Julia Hivley.
