This is a suit to enforce an oral contract to convey certain real and personal property. ' The trial court decreed specific performance as to the real property involved in the action. As to the personal property, the trial court held that an oral contract to convey had not been established, but that an oral agreement had been made in 1943 whereby plaintiff’s decedent was to share in the crops and the increase of the livestock.
