Damkroeger v. James

August Damkroeger died intestate in Adams county, and left some property, real and personal. Afterwards the plaintiffs, who are husband and wife, brought this action in the district court for that county to obtain a specific performance of an alleged contract of the said decedent to convey the said property to these plaintiffs.
