This was an action in the nature of ejectment, brought in the district court of Osage county, Kansas, by A. J. Utley against J. H. Fee and ~W. W. Cochins, to recover certain real estate situated in said county. Utley’s title is founded upon a tax deed executed by the county clerk of Osage county to C. L. Fliut; a judgment quieting the title to the land in favor of Flint and against H. X>. Fisher, the original patentee from the United States, and E. D. Hammond, and a quitclaim deed from Flint to the plaintiff, Utley. Fee’s title is founded…
