Error to a judgment of the Law and Chancery Court of the city of Norfolk, in a, proceeding by motion for a judgment for money. Judgment for the plaintiffs. Defendant assigns error.

This action, by motion under the statute, was brought by the plaintiffs, Page and Taylor, to recover of the defendant, Shea Realty Corporation, $2,800, commissions alleged to be *491due the plaintiffs upon a sale claimed to have been made by them, or through their instrumentality, of a parcel of land belonging to the defendant, situated in or near the city of Norfolk, to the Kanona Company, Incorporated.
To a verdict and judgment for $1,400 in favor of the plaintiffs, the defendant obtained this writ of error.
