WIEAND, Judge:

Dexter Bright has appealed from a judgment of sentence imposed following conviction in a bench trial for robbery,1 criminal conspiracy2 and simple assault.3 His sole contention is that the trial court erred when it granted the Commonwealth’s petition to extend the time for commencement of trial under Pa.R.Crim.P. 1100(c).4 Finding appellant’s *100argument to be without merit, we affirm the judgment of sentence.
