Defendants, the Inhabitants of the Town of Naples (the “Town”), the Planning Board of the Town of Naples (the “Board”), and Bert Michaud, d/b/a the Birch Point Colony Club (the “BPCC”) appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County) vacating the Board’s issuance to Mr. Michaud of approvals and permits to sell undivided ownership interests in the subdivided BPCC campground.
