In this action under M.R.CÍV.P. 80B, Grant’s Farm Associates, Inc. and its two principal shareholder-officers (“the developers”) seek reversal of the Kittery Planning Board’s denial of preliminary subdivision approval for their proposed condominium development, to be called Shepard’s Cove. The developers argued before the Superior Court, and argue again before us on appeal, that the Board’s denial was not supported by the record before it.
