Defendant lender DHI Mortgage Company, Ltd. (“DHI Mortgage”) seeks to dismiss as meritless pro se plaintiffs Douglas Spencer and Connie Spencers’ (collectively “plaintiffs’ ”) 14 claims arising from default and foreclosure on their first and second mortgages on their Newman home (“property”).
