Presently before the court is defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company’s (“State Farm”) motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 17). Plaintiff Jennifer M. Walker1 filed a response (ECF No. 22), to which State Farm replied (ECF No. 25).
I. Facts
This is an insurance dispute arising from an accident that occurred at the Sand Mountain Recreation Area (“SMRA” or the “sand dunes”) and resulted in the death of plaintiffs husband Travis Walker (“decedent”).
