WADE, Justice.

This matter comes to this court on a writ of certiorari to review an award by the Industrial Commission to the dependents of Bernell C. Cooper, deceased, under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. The dependents claim that his death was caused by an accidental injury suffered in the course of his employment by the Allen Cash Store» at Caliente, Nevada, between the 8th of June and the 11th of July, 1944.
