Appellee Teri Ford sued appellant Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital (the Hospital) after the Hospital fired her. A jury found in Ford’s favor on her claim for retaliation under the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA). The jury found that Ford was fired because she reported sexual harassment, which as the jury instructions explained, required Ford to have a “reasonable belief’ that .sexual harassment occurred.
