Appellant, Alborz Datar, sued appellee, National Oilwell Vareo, L.P. (“NOV”), for various disability discrimination and retaliation claims under the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (“TCHRA”) and the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act (“TWCA”). The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of NOV, dismissing all of Datar’s claims.
