The parties will be named as they appeared below. On November 26, 1920, an injunctional order was entered upon a verified bill of complaint and supporting affidavits providing, among other things, that the defendant and others—
“are hereby restrained individually, or in combination with others, from conducting or permitting the Continuance of a public and common nuisánce upon the first floor — i. e., the ground floor — of the building at 410 South Wabash avenue, and from removing or in any way interfering with the liquor or fixtures or other things upon said'…
