This case involves the construction of a trust. Appellants James H. Aycock III (Chip), John Aycock (John), and Elizabeth Aycock Mohon (Beth) appeal the judgment of the Craighead County Chancery Court dismissing with prejudice their complaint seeking accounting and specific enforcement of a trust established by their father, Appellee Janies Hervey Aycock Jr. (Hervey). Appellants raise four points of error on appeal, which present issues of first impression and substantial public interest. Appellee raises one point on cross-appeal.
