All parties appeal the trial court’s judgment following review of a permitting decision by the Edwards Aquifer Authority (“the Authority”). The Authority claims the trial court erred in reversing its final permitting decision. Burrell Day and Joel McDaniel (“Applicants”) raise three issues complaining of the trial court’s failure to grant the relief they requested. We reverse that part of the trial court’s judgment overturning the Authority’s Final Order, remand the cause to the trial court for consideration of the Authority’s claim for attorney’s…
