Appellant was convicted of corrupt solicitation of one George Williams, a peace officer of the Borough of Gallitzin by offering him money to withdraw an information which the latter had made against H. E. Schultz for a violation of the law concerning alcoholic liquors. He complains [first assignment] because the court in its charge referred to certain testimony introduced in evidence by the Commonwealth which he claims was irrelevant.
