The defendant having been found guilty and sen- fenced on four counts in an indictment appealed to this court, assigning as errors the refusal of his motions in arrest of judgment and for a new trial. Two of the counts charged the defendant with repledging securities without the consent or knowledge of the prosecutor who had deposited such property with the Allentown Trust Company as, collateral on a loan, contrary to the Act of June 10, 1881, P.
