This is an attempted appeal from an interlocutory order of the trial court following a non-jury trial on the merits in a class action. The challenged order approved notice to two previously certified subclasses of a damages award in the plaintiffs’ favor, of class counsel’s request for expenses and attorneys’ fees, and of a proposed distribution of the anticipated judgment.
