Appellant, Citgo Refining and Marketing, Inc. and Citgo Petroleum Corp. (“Cit- go”), appeals from a final judgment finding breach of a settlement agreement. The underlying suit involves a class action against numerous defendants claiming damage to various parcels of real property and resulting diminution in value from airborne toxic contaminants.
