BRYNER, Chief Judge.
Rick L. Kitchens was convicted by a jury of two counts of sexual assault in the first degree, AS 11.41.410(a)(1) (nonconsensual sexual penetration), one count of sexual assault in the second degree, AS 11.41.420(a)(1) (nonconsensual sexual touching), one count of burglary in the first degree, AS 11.46.300(a)(1), and one count of robbery in the second degree, AS 11.41.510(a)(1).
