Defendants NBC Universal, Inc., Gregory Garcia, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC (collectively “Defendants”) move for summary judgment against Plaintiff Mark Gable (“Gable” or “Plaintiff’).
