Plaintiffs Anastasia Griffith and Alan Weissman 1 bring this action against defendant Steiner Williamsburg, LLC (“Steiner”) for revocation of plaintiffs’ agreements to purchase condominium units at 80 Metropolitan Avenue in Brooklyn, as well as a refund of their deposits, alleging that Steiner failed to comply with the requirements of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (“ILSA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1701-20.
