Plaintiff sought reimbursement from defendant in the sum of $2,155.70 for money paid out in settlement of a judgment and for necessary expenses incurred in the defense of an action brought by the lessee of certain premises after a wrongful eviction. From a judgment in favor of defendant plaintiff appeals.
