Appellants, Scott S. Durand and Grace G. Durand, filed in the circuit court of Lake county a bill for an injunction to restrain Oliver E. Dyson, R. W. Patterson, B. J. Shanley and L. F. Brown, and their agents, employees and assistants, from slaughtering their herd of cattle. A temporary injunction having been awarded by the master in chancery without notice, appellees appeared in court and by agreement of the parties the record showed a motion, in substance, to dissolve the temporary injunction and to dismiss the bill for want of equity.
