Appellant is a nonprofit corporation, organized under the laws of this State for the purpose, among other things, of providing homes for aged and enfeebled persons; and in carrying out this corporate purpose it conducts and maintains the Sunset Harbor Rest Home for aged men receiving pensions under the Old Age Assistance Act of Illinois.
