MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

STEVEN A. FELSENTHAL, Bankruptcy Judge.

Mabank Bank, a division of First State Bank of Athens, holds a judgment against the debtors James R. Grisham and James Kelly Grisham. In these two adversary proceedings, the bank contends that the judgment should not be discharged pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4) or (a)(6). The bank further contends that James and Kelly and their wives, Wilda J. Grisham and Karen Lynn Grisham, should be denied a discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2), (3), (4) and (5).
